General Terms & Conditions

1. HOW TO BOOK
   Please select the holiday of your choice, and then consult your travel agent that will book your request. Booking can be accepted up to 14 days prior to the date of your arrival. However, to avoid disappointment, it is suggested to make your booking at least one month beforehand, especially for the trip during the months of January, April, August, and December.


2. HOLIDAY PRICE
   Tour package, Travel package, and Hotel rate are quoted NET. The net rates are granted and are negotiable if you have special agreement for certain number of passengers after consideration. Prices include: transportation, transfer, tours, etc. Accommodation is a share twin room with a supplementary charge being made for single occupancy. Cost for adult occupying a 3rd bed is 70% of twin sharing price. Please note that an extra bed usually consists of a folding or roll away bed. A maximum of two children accompanying the adults is allowed to stay in the same room. Special for Transfer, Excursion, and packages are granted for 30% discount of the adult price for maximum of 1 child of a family party.


3. RESERVATION AND COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES
   All reservation requirements and all communication and coordination for information should be in written form such as; mail letter, facsimile, or e-mail. Reservations are normally confirmed by reply fax or e-mail as immediately as possible.


4. DEPOSIT AND CANCELATION
   A deposit of 50% of the holiday price should be paid at the booking moment and the balance of the full holiday price should be paid upon the confirmation of the booking. For some reasons, this deposit is fully unredeemable when the arrangement is canceled less than 14 days before arrival.


5. PAYMENT PROCEDURES
   Full pre payment should be settled in advance, two weeks before commencement of service is required. Bank transfer payment system is accepted but with an addition of US$25.00 for each transfer. Bank Account Number will be passed to you after an agreement is made.


6. REFUNDS
   For the unused service including in the program no refund will be paid directly to clients either in full or in part after commencement of Travelling.


7. TRANSFER & TOURS
   All transfer and tours are provided with fully Ac coach & bus according to the number of participants and accompanied by all licensed speaking guide of multi language.


8. VOUCHER
   For travel agent, Please issue one voucher for all service required clearly explaining services to provide and itinerary should be forwarded with the voucher and only these service detailed will be provided. A copy of confirmed voucher and itinerary must be received before arrival of clients and please addressed to GSM Bali tours. Original voucher should be submitted to us upon client’s arrival at the first point and will be return with invoice as proof of service provided.


9. NO SHOW
   One night cancellation fee will be charge for no show clients on hotel reservation.


10. INSURANCE
    Travel insurance is not included in the quotation so, please have your own insurance.


11. LIABILITY
    PT. GUNUNG SARI MAS BALI TOUR & TRAVEL acts only as an agent for tour operators, hotels, airlines, Bus Company cruises and contractors providing accommodation. All coupons, orders, contracts, and tickets issued by the company are issued subject to any of all bill terms and condition under any accommodations. The hotel, airlines, bus company owners or contractors provide transportation and any other services or whatever.
